What data we collect and where it comes from
This website is a product catalogue and a company profile. It has no contact form, no user accounts and no shopping cart, so it does not ask you for any data on its own. We receive data when you contact us or when we start working together:
- correspondence data — your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message, all provided by you when you write or call;
- business partner data — company details, address, tax identification number and the details of designated contact persons, once an order or a contract is placed; we receive contact persons' details from their employer or principal;
- technical data — IP address, date and time of the request, the address of the page visited and the browser type, recorded automatically in the logs of the server hosting this website.
Why we process data and on what legal basis
- to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — the basis is the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for enquiries sent on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- to conclude and perform a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- to issue and retain accounting documents — a legal obligation under Polish tax and accounting law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- to establish, pursue or defend against claims — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- to keep the website working correctly and securely — our legitimate interest in maintaining and protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Is providing data mandatory
Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address or a phone number we have no way to answer your enquiry. When a contract is concluded, some data is required by tax and accounting law — without it we cannot issue an invoice.
How long we keep data
- correspondence that did not lead to cooperation — for as long as it takes to handle the matter, and then until any potential claims become time-barred;
- contract and accounting data — for 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline fell, as required by Polish tax and accounting law;
- server logs — for the period resulting from the hosting service settings, no longer than 12 months.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes. We entrust it only to entities that help us run the business, and only to the extent needed:
- the providers of the hosting and infrastructure this website runs on;
- e-mail service providers;
- our accounting office and legal and tax advisers;
- carriers and courier companies — when goods are delivered;
- public authorities, where the law requires us to disclose data.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The website runs on the infrastructure of a provider established in the United States, and we also use providers outside the EEA for e-mail. Data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area.
Such transfers take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, for providers participating in the Data Privacy Framework, on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision. We will provide a copy of the safeguards on request sent to our e-mail address.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have data erased where we no longer have grounds to process it;
- restrict processing;
- receive and transfer data processed on the basis of a contract or consent;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on it — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
Cookies
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixels and no profiling tools on it.
We store a single cookie that is strictly necessary for the service to work: it remembers the language you chose (Polish, English or Albanian) so that you do not have to choose it again on your next visit. Cookies strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for do not require consent — which is why there is no consent banner.
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. The website will keep working, but it will pick the language from your browser settings on every visit.
If we add a Google map, a contact form or analytics tools to the site, we will put a consent banner in place and update this document before that happens.
Links to other services
The contact page contains a link to our Google Maps listing. Clicking it takes you to Google, which processes data under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the rules that apply on the services we link to.
Automated decisions and profiling
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile your data.
Data security
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Correspondence and documents are accessible only to the people who need them for their work, and we choose service providers with the guarantees required by the GDPR in mind.
Changes to this privacy policy
We update this policy whenever the way the website works changes or the law changes. Every new version is published at the same address, with the update date given at the top of the document.
This is a translation of the Polish text. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version of this privacy policy prevails.
